Thank you very much for purchasing K-Lite products. From the date of purchase, we offer one year replacement warranty for LED lights and hardware. We will handle all quality-related issues through replacement.

If your product encounters any issues, please contact us, and professional technicians will be available to assist you. In the event of quality problems, we will promptly resend the item to you, and you will not need to return it.

Warranty Process

Please follow the steps below to complete the return exchange.

  • Step 1. Please contact K-Lite customer service via email for troubleshooting and issue identificatio
  • Step 2. Please provide images or videos of the defective items.
  • Step 3. After the technician inspects and confirms the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement for you.

Supplementary Explanation

  • Product failures resulting from improper use, excessive voltage, unauthorized modifications, incorrect wiring, or inadequate circuit protection are not covered under the warranty.
  • This warranty does not apply to any equipment that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or inadequately maintained; nor does it cover damage caused by incompatible chemicals or cleaning materials; similarly, it does not extend to equipment experiencing issues related to service or modification occurring in facilities not equipped with LED or authorized service centers.
  • Installation error. It is recommended to keep all controllers and wiring away from overheated areas. If the user is unsure how to install the product, they can contact K-Lite for assistance or guidance.
  • All clearance items come with no warranty.
  • Product failures resulting from damage caused by natural disasters such as storms and floods, or damage caused by external factors such as collisions, impacts, or traffic accidents that are unrelated to the product’s inherent quality, are not covered by the warranty.
  • Any products that cannot be used after unboxing must be reported to K-Lite within 7 working days of receipt.
  • If the original product is out of stock or discontinued, K-Lite reserves the right to replace it with an alternative product of equal or greater value.
