This website accepts only B2B inquiries. We provide information for vehicle LED lamps, plastic retro‑reflectors, road safety products, electroforming molds and OEM services.
However, all specs, images, descriptions and quotations serve merely as reference and do not form binding sales agreements. Instead, a formal contract becomes valid only after both sides sign the Proforma Invoice (PI).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
In particular, we own all text, photos, drawings, logos, graphics and designs on this Website. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our written authorization.
Likewise, for OEM custom projects, both parties shall set molds, tooling and related IP rights in a separate written agreement.
3. Product Inquiry, Quotation & Sample
- When you submit an inquiry via our form, email or WhatsApp, you authorize us to contact you for quotation and business discussion.
- Samples are available upon request. Sample cost and freight shall be borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- MOQ, price, lead time, certification and technical parameters are subject to final written quotation. We reserve the right to adjust price without prior notice before official order confirmation.
4. OEM & ODM Custom Service
If you request OEM / ODM service including custom reflector molds, custom shape or logo:
- Production will start only after written confirmation of drawings, samples and specifications by buyer.
- Buyer is responsible to confirm the product meets the import standard of destination country (Pakistan, India etc).
- Tooling / mold ownership will be defined in separate written agreement.
5. User Conduct
While using this Website, you agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading or spam information in inquiry forms.
- Hack, disrupt or damage website server and functions.
- Use our website content for illegal activities.
- Scrap our website data in bulk without permission.
